Briquette Used
Briquette is a compact block of combustible material (charcoal, coal, sawdust, biomass, etc.) formed by pressing and drying, used as a solid fuel for cooking, heating, or industry.
What a briquette is used for:
Cooking and grilling (BBQ) because it burns steadily and evenly.
Heating and household fuel in places where processed solid fuel is common
Industrial or commercial uses when made from coal or biomass for predictable energy output.
Common types and brief notes:
Charcoal briquettes: made from charcoal dust and binders; good heat and low smoke.
Coal briquettes: compressed coal for industrial heating; can have health/environmental concerns.
Biomass/wood briquettes: made from sawdust, agricultural residues; renewable and lower emissions if produced cleanly.
Coconut-shell briquettes: common in Indonesia for BBQ and shisha; long burn and low ash.
