Steel Truss Bridge

A steel bridge is a bridge whose main structural elements are made of steel, such as trusses, girders, or steel cables.
Steel is strong, can carry heavy loads, and is suitable for medium to long spans, so it is often used for highway bridges, railway bridges, and pedestrian bridges.

Common types of steel bridges:
Steel truss bridge – the main structure is a frame of steel members arranged in triangles.
Steel girder bridge – steel beams (girders) support the bridge deck.
Cable‑supported bridge – steel cables and steel towers carry the deck (for example, suspension or cable‑stayed bridges).
